PRINTCART Cloud Printing Service “Service” and responsible for the payment transaction in this platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service

  1. General Refund Policy:
    1. Refunds for printed materials or services provided by the Provider are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
    1. All refund requests must be made through the designated channels provided by the Provider.

    1. The Provider is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the printed materials that result from user-generated content, including but not limited to typos, design errors, or low-resolution images.
    1. Please review your files carefully before submitting them for printing. Refunds or reprints will not be provided for errors originating from user-generated content.
  5. Printing Issues:
    1. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely response of all printing issues generated by the platform or the kiosk.
    1. However, the Provider is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during printing process, unless caused by the Provider’s negligence.
    1. If you experience significant printing issues, please contact the Provider to assess the situation and determine appropriate resolution options.
  6. Refund Methods:
    1. Refunds, when approved, may be issued in the original form of payment or as credit wallet, depending on the Provider’s policies.
